Estimation
We develop project cost information against the agreed scope, broken into components rather than a single number.
Detailed Planning
We coordinate the architectural, structural and services drawings into a buildable set.
Approvals
We assist with the relevant documentation and approval processes where applicable.
Construction
We execute the project through a structured workflow, with materials specified and inspected.
Quality & Progress Monitoring
We check quality at defined stages and keep you updated on progress and upcoming decisions.
Handover
We complete finishing and inspections, close snagging, and hand over the building.
