Mr. Krishna's Residence
A 1,200 sq ft single-storey home in Thanjavur, planned carefully around the client's budget without cutting the quality of the build. Designed and built end-to-end and handed over in February 2023.
The project
Design concept
A compact plan kept efficient so every square foot works. The street front is given character with a simple palette — a lime-green grooved band and a soft pink plane framed by a navy border — rather than expensive materials, with warm façade lighting doing the rest.
Materials
Textured render in cream, pink and lime-green, navy trim, wooden windows with safety grilles, MS grille door, and recessed plus up/down façade lighting.
Result
A well-finished home delivered within budget through one coordinated design-and-build process — the subject of a client video.
